(Form Fee + Postage Rs. 100/-) drawn on any nationalized bank, in favour of "Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil University", payable at Pune. or (c) You may also download the application form from the University website. The downloaded form shall be submitted along with a demand draft of Rs. (Test fee + Form Fee + Postage Rs.100/-).
Note:
(i) Information Brochure with Application Form for MBBS/BDS is available in the University office, on the University website and also in the selected branches of Andhra Bank all over India. The list of Andhra Bank is available on the University website.
(ii) Information Brochures with Application Forms for other courses will be available in the University office and on the University website after 15th March 2009.
