Syllabus:
The syllabus covers conceptual and practical aspects of all topics in a systematic way. This has been developed in consultation with industry experts. The industry has well received our syllabus as an advance preparatory programme for professional Managers. Our Special courses in Communication, Yoga, Meditation, Outdoor Management, etc. will prepare students for challenges of professional careers. Each semester will have core subjects and many value-added topics / training. The management continuously updates the syllabus as required

 
     
  Course Structure  
 
  

Semester Pattern:
The Courses are on semester pattern. Altogether there are four semesters.

 

Dual Specialization / Super Specialization:
A student can have two specializations, one major and one minor or opt for one super specialization only, by appropriate selection of the specialization subjects in third and fourth semesters.

 
     
  MBA COURSE SYLLABUS:  
 

The course is in Semester Pattern. There are Four semesters altogether. Each Semester will include the core subjects (marked C) and also many value added topics and training. Semester wise Course details are given here for specialization in Marketing, HR, Finance International Business & Tourism & Hospitality

The first Semester includes fundamental conceptual topics and few personal competency building activities. In the Second Semester the students are introduced to specialization topics. After completion of the two semesters the students will have to go for summer training for a period of two months in industry, preferably in the areas of their chosen specializations.

In the third and the fourth semesters the emphasis is more on specialization related topics. However the emphasis on grooming the students for professional careers continues to be there in all the semesters starting from the first one.

  SUMMER TRAINING  
 

After the completion of second semester the students have to under go Summer Training in any organization for a period of two months. They are expected to have a through understanding of the working of an organization and also get an insight of practical problem solving by undertaking a project under the joint guidance of an industry executive and a Faculty of the Institute.
